CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - We’re pushing near 90 this afternoon across northeast Ohio. The record for Cleveland is 91 degrees set back in 1962. We will get close to that. Most of the area will be in the upper 80s/around 90 today. It’s been awhile since we’ve seen temperatures this hot, remember to take breaks if you’re spending a lot of time outdoors. A few showers and rumbles will try to make there way out of the west into the area towards sunset, but most locations stay dry.
