As a Spring Hill ISD Board of Education member, David "Dave" Duncan read a lot of meeting agendas. But during his four years on the board, his personal agenda was always the same: "that our kids have a better future," he said. Duncan, who was elected to the board's Place 4 position in 2020, resigned as a member of the board on July 3 citing health reasons. The board formally accepted his resignation during a meeting July 30.
