In situ reprogramming of glioma stem cells into dendritic cell-like cells for glioblastoma immunotherapy
Abstract Immunotherapy has revolutionized the treatment landscape for many cancers, but fails to improve the outcomes of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), in which low tumor antigen presentation restricts the recognition and eradication of cancerous cells by immunocytes.
Checkerboard-type Zhang-Rice states in overdoped cuprate superconductors
Abstract Cuprate superconductors remain central to condensed matter physics due to their technological relevance and unconventional, incompletely understood electronic behavior. While the canonical phase diagram and low-energy models have been shaped largely by studies of underdoped and moderately doped cuprates, the overdoped regime has received comparatively limited attention.

A Quantitative Electrostatic Potential Descriptor Enables Deep Learning-Accelerated Discovery of High-Performance Lithium-Ion Battery Electrolytes
1 Introduction Increasing the energy density of lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) is imperative for the rapid evolution of electric vehicles [1-3]. Among widely used cathode materials, LiCoO2 (LCO) is particularly prominent owing to its superior theoretical capacity (274 mAh g−1) and high operating voltage [4]. However, commercial electrolytes such as LP30 exhibit limited oxidation stability (∼4.3 V) and suffer from severe side reactions at the high-voltage LCO cathode interface [5-7].
Super responders to biologic therapy in psoriasis: definitions, predictors, and implications for precision medicine
Abstract Biologic therapies have revolutionized psoriasis management, yet treatment responses remain highly heterogeneous. A distinct subgroup of patients, termed super responders (SRs), achieves exceptionally rapid, complete, and sustained responses to biologic therapies. Understanding this phenotype is critical for advancing precision medicine in psoriasis. This review summarizes the latest advances in SRs, focusing on definitions, predictors, and therapeutic implications.

Functional connectivity study on visually evoked auditory response based on high-density electroencephalography
Introduction Synesthesia is defined as a sensory or cognitive inducer that elicits concurrent sensory sensations that are not experienced by most people under comparable conditions (Ward, 2019). Synesthesia has many forms, the most well-known of which is colors evoked by letters or words, known as grapheme–color synesthesia (G-C synesthesia). The prevalence of synesthesia is about 0.05%, with higher susceptibility among children and women (Rinaldi et al., 2020).

mRNA-Laden Lipid-Nanoparticle-Enabled in Situ CAR-Macrophage Engineering for the Eradication of Multidrug-Resistant Bacteria in a Sepsis Mouse Model
Sepsis, which is the most severe clinical manifestation of acute infection and has a mortality rate higher than that of cancer, represents a significant global public health burden. Persistent methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection and further host immune paralysis are the leading causes of sepsis-associated death, but limited clinical interventions that target sepsis have failed to effectively restore immune homeostasis to enable complete eradication of MRSA.

Single-cell transcriptomics reveals peripheral immune responses in non-segmental vitiligo
1 Introduction Vitiligo is a common depigmented dermatology caused by the loss of melanocytes from skin and mucous membranes with a global prevalence of approximately 0.5%-2% (1). It is widely accepted to be an autoimmune disease (2). Autoantibodies have been found in serum from vitiligo patients. Moreover, vitiligo patients are more likely to suffer from combined autoimmune diseases.

Aperiodic quantum oscillations in the two-dimensional electron gas at the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interface
Abstract Despite several attempts, the intimate electronic structure of two-dimensional electron systems buried at the interface between LaAlO3 and SrTiO3 still remains to be experimentally revealed. Here, we investigate the transport properties of a high-mobility quasi-two-dimensional electron gas at this interface under high magnetic field (55 T) and provide new insights for electronic band structure by analyzing the Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations.
