Tony asked for more information on what we are collecting in terms of analytics we track on our website. Listen now and subscribe: Apple Podcasts | Spotify | Stitcher | RSS Feed | SoundStack | All Of Our Podcasts There’s a lot to unpack there, but let me begin with referrals, which is where on the web people click on our links. For more than a decade, Google has been No. 1 by a mile. Now, Google is showing AI-generated answers instead of links. But it’s still a significant number.
Collington Index: Some help to get open records they don't want us to have
The new law designed to better help all of us attain open records comes at a good time. We have a number of elected officials, state agencies and police departments that don’t believe in handing over what the law considers obvious open records. The number of cases have stacked up at the Tulsa World and other media outlets across the state.
Lincoln Riley, USC Trolled By CFB Fans for Blowing 2-TD Lead in Loss vs. Maryland
Share USC was up 21-7 at halftime but collapsed in the second half to lose to the Terrapins. Maryland had entered the game 0-3 within the Big 10 and had just fallen in blowout fashion to Northwestern the prior week. Miller Moss was solid statistically, going 34-of-50 for 336 yards with three touchdowns and one interception, but the offense failed to score on their final three drives and allowed Maryland to squeeze back into it.

Sometimes Life Throws You a Curveball | By Lincoln Riley
I’ve been asked many times to share my thought process of our off-season move from Oklahoma to USC, and I recognized that this could be a good opportunity to provide some needed clarity and context to my family’s decision…. Seven years ago, I was sitting at gate 12 at Dallas Love Field when Oklahoma Head Coach Bob Stoops called to offer me his Offensive Coordinator position. I remember that the call was straight to the point, and I didn’t need much time to say yes.
Caleb Williams Makes It Clear There Was No Tampering By Lincoln Riley
Before he decided to enter the transfer portal, Caleb Williams was not allowed to speak with prospective suitors. He made sure to address the tampering rumors, indirectly, after his first spring practice at USC. Click HERE for more college football coverage! When Caleb Williams entered the transfer portal after his freshman season at Oklahoma, the expectation was that he would re-join Lincoln Riley at USC and that’s exactly what happened.
USC To Introduce New Football Coach Lincoln Riley Monday
By CBSLA StaffNovember 29, 2021 at 10:25 am LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – USC is set to hold an introductory press conference Monday following the much-applauded hiring of its new head football coach, Lincoln Riley. Head coach Lincoln Riley of the Oklahoma Sooners greets players before a game against the Iowa State Cyclones at Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium on November 20, 2021 in Norman, Oklahoma.
La’Mical Perine’s 88-Yard Explosion Sealed 2019’s Slugfest vs. Auburn
“The Swamp” has seen its fair share of loud moments over the years. Who could forget Tim Tebow‘s jump passes or Kerwin Bell‘s game-winning two-point conversion or Danny Wuerffel‘s trouncing of Peyton Manning. Those historic moments electrified Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Against Auburn in 2019, La’Mical Perine‘s game-sealing touchdown run rocked Gainesville into Sunday and certified the Gators belonged with the best in college football. La’Mical Perine’s 88-Yard TD Run vs.
The 10 Best Marching Bands in College Football, Ranked
Marching bands are the pride of college football. They remind us why we love our favorite program while leading us to the rhythm of our alma mater’s fight song. A good halftime show is nothing without the built-in pageantry. It’s boring and lame, like reading your vacuum’s owner’s manual. Drum majors make sure we aren’t let down. They lead the band with high struts, waving arms and wearing suits that give me second-hand heat exhaustion.
Oklahoma’s “Pick of the Century” Was Almost Challenged By Lincoln Riley
I was watching the Oklahoma and Nebraska game with my dad. Somehow, Nebraska was still in it late in the fourth quarter against the No. 3 ranked Sooners. Down 23-9, Nebraska quarterback Adrian Martinez scrambles to his right on a must-convert fourth-and-18. He lofts up a pass in the direction of wide receivers Levi Falck and Samori Toure. OU cornerback D.J. Graham leaps and reels in the pass with one hand. I double take and turn to my dad.
Lincoln Riley: 'By September, the world is going to need football'
NORMAN, Okla. — Lincoln Riley said he has not spent much time considering the prospect of a canceled 2020 football season. Oklahoma’s football coach engaged questions about that Tuesday but has been too busy figuring out ways to care for his current players in a unique environment, with "80 to 85 percent" of the team currently off campus due to restrictions caused by the coronavirus. "There are still so many unknowns. We've got a plan for if it does happen, if we do have our season," Riley said.
Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones Gushes Over Potential Coaching Candidates
Getty Lincoln Riley Naturally, because it serves his own interests, Jerry Jones watched what went down at the house he built. Last week’s Big 12 Championship between No. 7 Baylor and No. 4 Oklahoma, hosted at AT&T Stadium, was an instant classic. The teams traded scores for five quarters until the Sooners landed the overtime knockout blow — a five-yard Rhamondre Stevenson run — in their thrilling 30-23 victory.

Oklahoma’s Lincoln Riley would be out of his mind to leave for the NFL right now
Lincoln Riley, don’t get dumb. Stay where you are for as long as you can. The head coach at the University of Oklahoma is the “It” girl in football right now, and while the thought of going pro early may be alluring, he should recognize just how good he has it in Norman. The NFL rumor machine has Riley potentially going anywhere from the Dallas Cowboys to Cleveland, where he would be linked up with his old friend Baker Mayfield.

KU's offense once again falls flat in loss to Oklahoma
The No. 3-ranked Oklahoma Sooners are known for their highly effective offense and a tough-to-defend quarterback in Baker Mayfield, who just might win the Heisman Trophy, in spite of his combustible personality. OU’s football team, at least this season, is not known for its defense. Nonetheless, Kansas failed to score a touchdown in its 2017 Memorial Stadium finale, a 41-3 defeat.
Lincoln Riley: Ready
Look, I get it. I’m a bit younger than you’re used to. At 34, I don’t really fit the profile of what most people might expect from the head coach of a major college football team. That’s even more the case when you consider the legendary coaches who have led Oklahoma in the past, including the man I’m following, Bob Stoops. All he did was win more games than any coach in this program’s storied history, while also stockpiling 10 Big 12 Conference championships.
