Maple-Baked Pork Loin Roast This is a great pork loin recipe. Don't let the ingredients scare you — they taste really great when combined. The pork is so moist and tender, it will fall apart when you cut it. Everyone who has tried it so far loves it. It's my husband's favorite and very easy to make.
