I haven't, actually, but I definitely have respect for those who continue to use them as their preferred method of writing!

As a fan of video games, I'm partial to a character named Marielle, a journalist with an infectious "never say never" go-getter attitude.
What does it mean to be a journalist?
To pursue information with as much fervor as possible, and then to share that information with the world, no matter what.
What's the funniest news-related #hashtag you've seen?
It's always entertaining to me whenever a gaming-related hashtag trends across the entire internet. It's like a merging of worlds.
What's your favorite social network?
I've really been enjoying the "Feeds" feature in BlueSky lately, which makes it easy to find information I'm interested in.
Why did you become a journalist?
There's hardly anything else in the world that I love more than writing, and I've been able to stretch my writing skills in brand new ways.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I first stepped into the world of journalism back in high school, covering new tech topics and interviews with fellow students.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Never stop writing. You'll never improve if you don't just keep writing, even when it feels hard. ESPECIALLY when it feels hard!
What's your favorite drink?
A simple choice, but nothing beats a glass of cool and refreshing water on a hot day.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
I might still be at a computer, only working on my Creative Writing hobby instead, pursuing my next Fantasy or Sci-Fi novel!

I've always enjoyed keeping up with the latest tech or gaming news on Kotaku, Gizmodo, Polygon, and the like.
