BREVARD COUNTY, FL — A Florida man who screamed obscenities while threatening to send his turtle army to destroy the town has been arrested, according to an affidavit. On Sunday, police in Indialantic received seven calls from Starbucks Coffee, Surfanista Café, and Sassy Granny’s Smoothies regarding an individual who was disturbing the peace. When they arrived on the scene, they found 61-year-old Thomas Devaney Lane in an agitated state, according to CBS Miami.

MELBOURNE, FL — Police in Florida have arrested a woman who is accused of sexually molesting an elderly man at an assisted-living facility. Guettie Belizaire, 39, was found naked in a patient's room at the Brookshire Assisted Living Facility in Melbourne in the early morning hours of December 13, according to Florida Today. The male patient told police that Belizaire "sexually battered" him. According to police reports, a DNA test confirmed his claims.
