Too much or too little? Unpacking the curvilinear relationship between telework extent and creativity
Abstract As telework has become increasingly prevalent, understanding its implications for employees has received growing scholarly attention. In particular, how telework affects employee creativity is an important question, given the central role of creativity in organizational innovation and competitiveness. Grounded in the conservation of resources theory, we developed and tested a model examining a potential curvilinear relationship between telework extent and creativity.
Dynamic optimization of airflow rate for air-cooled PEMFC under multi-operating conditions
Air-cooled proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) are promising for small aircraft and portable power systems, yet their performance is limited by the inherent trade-off between heat removal and membrane hydration. Most existing studies optimize static parameters, whereas dynamic airflow regulation remains insufficiently explored.
Development and internal validation of a nomogram for predicting postoperative bone nonunion in infectious spondylitis: a retrospective cohort study
Abstract Background Postoperative bone nonunion remains a major complication after instrumented fusion for infectious spondylitis, with substantially higher rates than in aseptic spinal surgery. Existingmodels lack validation and infection-specific predictors. Purpose To develop and internally validate a nomogram for the perioperative prediction of postoperative bone nonunion ininfectious spondylitis patients.

Predictors of neurological recovery in spinal epidural abscess: the impact of radiographic compression, ASIA scores, and surgical delay
Abstract Background: Controversy remains whether spinal epidural abscess (SEA) should be managed conservatively or by early surgical decompression. It is essential to understand how clinical and radiological parameters correlate with neurological deficits and how they predict recovery trajectories.
Human Periodontal Ligament Transcriptomes Under Orthodontic Extrusion and Intrusion: An Exploratory Pilot RNA-Seq Study With an Interactive Public Web Tool
1 Introduction Orthodontic tooth movement (OTM) is a clinically essential process guided by the biomechanical interplay between teeth and alveolar bone. When controlled forces are applied, teeth gradually shift as the alveolar bone remodels. The periodontal ligament (PDL), a specialised connective tissue anchoring teeth to bone, mediates these early responses (0–10 days) to mechanical stimuli.

Designing an off-axis freeform imaging system with a wide field of view based on an equal optical path surface extension method
An off-axis imaging system with a wide field of view (FOV) has significant applications and, combined with freeform surfaces, can achieve excellent optical performance. However, the initial structure of the off-axis freeform imaging system with a wide FOV is rare, and its optimization requires extensive experience, which brings a challenge to the system design.

Generation of dual-supercontinuum coherent radiation in acetone mixed with carbon disulfide by stimulated Raman scattering
Abstract Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) in a liquid has been a major focus of nonlinear optics. Traditional SRS generates single or cascaded Stokes components arising from spontaneous Raman noise. Herein, we report the formation mechanism of a specific spectrum-continuous spectroscopy technique based on SRS of mixed liquids. SRS of a mixed acetone and carbon disulfide solution is investigated by a pulsed Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of 532 nm.
Treatment effect of DNA framework nucleic acids on diffuse microvascular endothelial cell injury after subarachnoid hemorrhage
1 INTRODUCTION Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is a devastating neurological disease and a major threat to health worldwide.1 Generally caused by intracranial aneurysm (IA) rupture, SAH is characterized by diffuse distribution of blood in the subarachnoid space, in which the cerebral microvascular bed is immersed in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) containing cytotoxic metabolites of blood components.2, 3 The monolayer endothelial cells of the cerebral arterioles, also known as brain microvascular...
UV/Nitrilotriacetic Acid Process as a Novel Strategy for Efficient Photoreductive Degradation of Perfluorooctanesulfonate
Perfluorooctanesulfonate (PFOS) is a toxic, bioaccumulative, and highly persistent anthropogenic chemical. Hydrated electrons (e –) are potent nucleophiles that can effectively decompose PFOS. In previous studies, e – are mainly produced by photoionization of aqueous anions or aromatic compounds.
