When my friend Moses told me he was starting Los Catadores de Agave, tasting events that focusing on additive free tequilas, we knew our interest in the world of libations came from a similar curiosity based in history and storytelling. A tie between what we spent our Saturday nights doing and what our ancestors did centuries ago. The Agave Chronicles is a YouTube series that aims to share stories around agave spirits via 30 minute episodes, as well as clips through TikTok and Instagram.
