NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - As mandatory minicamp approaches, defensive end Cam Jordan is reportedly scheduled to fly into New Orleans Tuesday to meet with the Saints front office, according to former Saints offensive tackle Terron Armstead. Armstead said on his podcast ‘The Set’ that there is nothing ‘set in stone,’ but there is still hope that Jordan will return to play for the Saints. Jordan became a free agent this offseason after 15 years in black and gold.

Kamara, Olave absent from Saints outdoor practices

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - After a couple of weeks of practicing inside, Saints head coach Kellen Moore held Wednesday’s OTA workout outside. When the team took the field, a couple of notable players were absent: Alvin Kamara and Chris Olave. Kamara has only attended one of these voluntary workouts. That was last Wednesday, and he has not been back since. Moore said Olave is still recovering from the blood clot that sidelined him late last season.
