Michael Grabner was effective all over the lineup
During the playoffs, Alain Vigneault said that one thing about Michael Grabner is that his game doesn't change when he is moved around the lineup. Vigneault said that Grabner is someone who scares the opposition with his speed, forces turnovers and creates offensive opportunities. Grabner scored 27 goals this season while mostly skating with Kevin Hayes and JT Miller. Grabner had 21 goals in the 48 games before the All-Star break and only 6 in the 28 games after.

I felt we set the tone early, and had some broken opportunities. We played the right way, and there's no doubt that tonight our power play struggled a little bit. We had a lot of opportunities. Our five on five play was good. We had an opportunity to clear the puck on their goal on the power play.
