Fairfax County Police have charged a 16-year-old with manslaughter, felony hit-and-run, and receiving stolen property. Credit: Justin - stock.adobe.com ALEXANDRIA, Va. — After two years, Fairfax County Police have charged a teen in connection with a deadly Hybla Valley hit-and-run. The crash happened on March 10, 2024. A pedestrian, 63-year-old James Johnson from Hybla Valley, was hit and killed during the incident. Detectives say the teen suspect was driving a stolen vehicle in the crash.
