Mark Fowler started in the plastering industry in the 1970's. Journeyman, estimator and manager running lath and plaster work. Worked at the Northwest wall and ceiling bureau for 11 years, then Soltner Group Architects in Seattle. Collective bargaining Agent for signatory contractors in plastering, carpentry and drywall. Sat on various apprenticeship council , Licensed Calif contractor and industry expert program. Author of two manuals and many technical papers. Editorial Director for Walls and Ceilings Magazine since 2007. Expert witness in several litigation cases. Speaker in many states on construction issues. Executive Director the National Terrazzo & Mosaic Assoc and the Stucco Manufacturers Assoc. increased expansion globally for both groups , Europe and the Middle East
