Like most of the winemakers and winery owners in Washington, Eight Bells CEO Taylor Nordby focuses much of her time building a customer base through her winery’s wine club. She knows most of her customers by their name, and as a small producer of less than 5,000 cases of wine a year, Nordby doesn’t sell through distributors.
