There’s a new top dog at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, and he has four legs, a serious work ethic and apparently a talent for winning over the internet. Bolt, a 3-year-old German shorthaired pointer who works with the Transportation Security Administration at DFW Airport, was named the TSA’s 2026 Cutest Canine Contest winner after the public voted him to the top spot.

McKinney’s Craig Ranch area is getting another place to stay, and travelers can already put it on their calendars. AC Hotel McKinney by Marriott is now accepting reservations, with Nov. 15 listed as the first bookable date. The five-story hotel will bring 137 rooms, including eight suites, to the Hub 121 development as the area continues to grow into a destination for business, dining, entertainment and weekend stays.

JPMorganChase is adding another North Texas address to its growing footprint, this time bringing 120 bankers to Frisco’s HALL Park. The financial services giant is leasing 41,000 square feet in The Tower at HALL Park at 6605 Warren Parkway, where teams from Commercial Banking, the Private Bank and Select Wealth Management are expected to move in early 2028.
