We have another hot day ahead for Tuesday away from the coast. Winds will pick up for the afternoon. A stray shower or thunderstorm is possible east of the Cascades and down in Siskiyou County. A HEAT ADVISORY has been issued for our westside valleys of Jackson, Josephine, eastern Curry and central, southern and western Siskiyou Counties until 11 PM Tuesday. We'll trend drier and warmer as we go through Father's Day weekend. Heat will build quickly into early next week. Monday: It'll be sunny and very hot to start the week. We'll see temperatures cranked up for our Monday. Highs will climb into the upper 90s to around 100 degrees in our westside valleys of Southern Oregon and Northern California. In the Klamath Basin, we'll see highs in the upper 80s. Along the coast, highs will be in the 60 and 70s.

Brighter skies for Saturday, but a few thunderstorms could pop-up in the afternoon in Siskiyou County along with southern portions of Klamath and Lake Counties. A RED FLAG WARNING has been issued for Klamath and Lake Counties from 1 PM Friday to 1 AM Saturday and Siskiyou County and the Siskiyous from 8 AM to 7 PM Friday.
