According to troopers, a verbal dispute escalated into a physical altercation between multiple individuals at the corner of William and Queen streets on Tuesday, June 30 about 4:56 p.m. During the incident, said police, one of the occupants of a vehicle allegedly displayed a firearm and threatened the victim while preventing others from intervening.

WOLCOTT — A package-delivery driver died Monday night after the van he was driving struck him while he was trying to stop it from hitting a home, State Police said Tuesday.

ARCADIA — A Phelps man is accused of shooting at a vehicle during a road rage incident. State Police said Tuesday that Benjamin Q.
