Yes, but not on the job. As a child, I used to type on my grandmother's electric typewriter.
What does it mean to be a journalist?
Being a journalist is to be curious but skeptical, open but guarded, quick but careful. It is to inform, explain, expose and entertain.

Google Docs, Blox, Otter, iPhone
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Always, always ask for a cell phone number of anyone you interview and let that person know that you might follow up as you write the story.
