Late August has closed the book on dinner service, but it isn’t leaving the table entirely. The Michelin-recommended restaurant at the Ion has ended regular dining service, bringing a close to a short but celebrated run while shifting into a new phase. Lucille’s Hospitality Group announced Monday that Late August is transitioning to an events-focused model, with an expanded emphasis on private gatherings and catering.
