From Computational Prioritization to Sustainable Supply: A Two-Axis Framework for Marine Invertebrate-Associated Natural Products and Derivatives
Submitted: 22 September 2026 Posted: 22 September 2026 You are already at the latest version Marine invertebrates and their microbial partners provide distinctive chemical scaffolds, but computational prioritization alone can overstate translational progress when experimental support and material supply remain limited.
Dynamic Fibrous Hydrogels for Stem Cell Homing and In Situ Bone Regeneration
1 Introduction Bone defects, arising from traumatic injuries or pathological conditions such as osteosarcoma, osteoporosis, and femoral head necrosis, represent a significant global health challenge.
Causal Relationship Between Matrix Metalloproteinase and Cervical Lesions: A Two-Sample Mendelian Randomization Analysis
Abstract Purpose This study aimed to investigate the causal relationship between matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and cervical lesions, as their correlation remains unclear despite reports of their involvement in the pathogenesis of these lesions. Patients and Methods A two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis was performed using genome-wide association studies (GWAS) summary data to assess the causal associations of MMPs (MMP-1, 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 17) with cervical lesions.

Massive acceleration of SN2 reaction using the oriented external electric field
Massive acceleration of SN2 reaction using the oriented external electric field† Nucleophilic substitution is one of the most fundamental chemical reactions, and the pursuit of high reaction rates of the reaction is one of the ultimate goals in catalytic and organic chemistry. The reaction barrier of the nucleophilic substitution originates from the highly polar nature of the transition state that can be stabilized under the electric field created by the solvent environment.

Positive association of SCD1 genetic variation and metabolic syndrome in dialysis patients in China
Metabolic syndrome (MetS) poses a significant health burden on the general population worldwide [1]. The symptoms of MetS include hypertension, dyslipidemia with elevated triglycerides (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels (LDL), high blood sugar and central obesity, insulin resistance (IR). These markers which contribute the central pathophysiology of MetS have been a strong predictor of cardiovascular system disease, diabetes mellitus and even all-cause mortality [2].
Incorporation of Complexation into a Coamorphous System Dramatically Enhances Dissolution and Eliminates Gelation of Amorphous Lurasidone Hydrochloride
As a BCS II drug, the atypical antipsychotic agent lurasidone hydrochloride (LH) has low oral bioavailability mainly because of its poor aqueous solubility/dissolution. Unexpectedly, amorphous LH exhibited a much lower dissolution than that of its stable crystalline form arising from its gelation during the dissolution process.
