In 2019, Chris and Karen Fodor opened City & Country, a local winery and tasting room that makes its own wine in Calgary. While Alberta may not be as known for its grape or wine production as Canadian provinces like B.C. or Ontario, City & Country is proof that great wine can be made right here. The Fodors import grapes from all over the world to make a wide variety of wines.
