BOSTON (AP) _ A federal grand jury has brought a 37-count racketeering indictment against the reputed leaders of the Patriarca branch of the Mafia and the brother of state Senate President William Bulger. Among those named in the indictments, released Tuesday, were Francis ``Cadillac Frank″ Salemme Sr., the reputed head of the Patriarca family, and James J. ``Whitey″ Bulger and Stephen ``The Rifleman″ Flemmi, the two men who allegedly control South Boston’s Winter Hill Gang.
