Design and control of a 6-DOF hybrid thrustered cable-suspended parallel robot using a fully-actuated hexarotor
?Mathematical formulae have been encoded as MathML and are displayed in this HTML version using MathJax in order to improve their display. Uncheck the box to turn MathJax off. This feature requires Javascript. Click on a formula to zoom. Abstract Cable-suspended parallel robots (CSPRs) are under-actuated robots in which the end-effector is suspended from above, thereby reducing interference with surrounding objects because no cables are arranged below it.

Safety and efficacy of birelentinib, a novel LYN/BTK dual inhibitor, in relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: a phase 2 study (TAI-SHAN9)
Abstract In this phase 2 TAI-SHAN9 study, we evaluated the safety and efficacy of birelentinib, a first-in-class oral dual inhibitor of LYN and BTK, in patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (r/r DLBCL). A total of 58 patients were enrolled and received birelentinib at doses ranging from 25 to 75 mg once daily (QD).
Cynaroside targets distinct metabolic pathways in gram-positive and gram-negative pathogenic bacteria: an integrated multi-omics study
Abstract The antibiotic resistance crisis has become a major threat to global public health. Discovering natural antibacterial compounds with unique mechanisms from traditional medicinal plants is an effective strategy to overcome this challenge. Through activity-guided fractionation, three compounds were isolated from Turpinia arguta leaves, identified as piperyamine A, cynaroside, and gallic acid.
Seasonal dynamics of aquatic organic carbon driven by floating-mat formation in a terrestrializing lake
Abstract Lakes are important components of the land carbon cycle, but how floating mats during lake terrestrialization reshape aquatic organic carbon remains unclear. Here we show, using seasonal field observations, carbon isotope tracing, and structural equation modelling, that floating mats reorganize dissolved and particulate organic carbon in a floating wetland system.
Golidocitinib for Folliculotropic Mycosis Fungoides
Folliculotropic mycosis fungoides (FMF), a rare and aggressive variant of mycosis fungoides (MF), is characterized by deep follicular infiltration. It is often refractory to conventional therapies, necessitating effective targeted interventions.1,2 While Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors show variable efficacy in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, to our knowledge, their role in FMF remains undefined.
Rainfall deficit reduces biodiversity and destabilizes a saline-soil plant community
Abstract INTRODUCTION RESULTS DISCUSSION MATERIALS AND METHODS Acknowledgments Supplementary Materials REFERENCES Information & Authors Metrics & Citations View Options References Figures Tables Media Share Abstract Rainfall deficits are reshaping plant communities worldwide, yet their impacts on salinity-stressed ecosystems remain unclear. In saline systems, rainfall is essential for flushing soil salts and sustaining biodiversity.

Lung cancer organoids for functional precision oncology: from disease modeling to clinical decision support
Abstract Lung cancer is characterized by extensive heterogeneity and the frequent emergence of acquired resistance, posing major obstacles for successful therapy. Traditional preclinical models, such as two-dimensional (2D) cell cultures and animal models, either lack physiological relevance or require timelines that are poorly coordinated with clinical needs.
Multi-level semi-supervised GAN enables accurate segmentation of breast ultrasound images
Abstract Ultrasound imaging is a crucial modality for breast cancer diagnosis, with lesion segmentation being an essential component of computer-aided diagnosis systems. However, the high cost and effort associated with pixel-level annotation significantly hinder the advancement of breast ultrasound (BUS) image segmentation algorithms.

Few-shot prototype adaptation for generalizable electromyography gesture recognition - Scientific Reports
Abstract We present EMG-Adapt, a novel few-shot prototype adaptation framework designed to enhance the robustness and data efficiency of electromyography (EMG)-based gesture recognition. By integrating the representational power of prototype learning with the rapid adaptation capabilities of meta-learning, our framework introduces several technical novelties.
Integrating Bulk Nb Doping and F Surface Layer to Construct a Robust Li‐Rich Mn‐Based Layered Cathode with Stable Structure‐Interface Coupling
1 Introduction LIBs have now become a core component of modern energy storage systems and are widely used in key fields such as electric vehicles, consumer electronics, and grid-scale energy storage [1-5]. However, with the increasing demand for higher energy density, traditional commercial cathode materials, such as LiCoO2, LiMn2O4, LiFePO4, and LiNi1-x-yCoxMnyO2 (NCM), can no longer meet expectations [6, 7].

Layered ternary message passing decoder of LDPC codes for 50G-PON
This Letter presents a layered ternary message passing (LTMP) decoder for the low-density parity-check (LDPC) code tailored for 50G passive optical networks (50G-PON). The proposed decoder adopts a layered architecture, and a corresponding density evolution analysis that enhances error correction performance is introduced. Additionally, we propose an optimization method for parameter combinations, which effectively achieves stronger performance.

MPLC-based low-modal-crosstalk nine-mode-group demultiplexer for DSP-free IM/DD MDM transmission over MMF
Weakly coupled mode-division multiplexing (MDM) transmission over legacy laid multimode fiber (MMF) has great economic efficiency and can enormously enhance the capacity of short-reach optical interconnections. In order to be compatible with cost-efficient intensity-modulation/direct-detection (IM/DD) transceivers, weakly coupled mode-group demultiplexers that can simultaneously receive each mode group of MMFs are highly desired.
