What was your first job as a journalist?
I worked as a production assistant for PBS NewsHour's coverage of the Republican National Convention in 2016.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I was the Editor in Chief of the bi-weekly magazine. I also had an advice column.

What's the most common misperception about your beat?
That legislators hate the news. They may make comments about the 'Media,' but most actually want to be on TV and interviewed.
