Claire Timm wanted to attack it head-on. Two seasons ago, Timm, a senior outfielder, was one of the most consistent players on the Oklahoma State softball team. She finished inside the top five on the team in a litany of hitting stats and played in every game. Upon entering her junior season last year, the only way seemed up for Timm. She had garnered more experience and was ready to take another leap as one of the Cowgirls’ top players. It just didn’t quite go her way, though.
