The PGA Tour has officially announced its membership eligibility requirements for the 2028 season, which will be the first to feature the new two-track model that separates players into the Championship Series and Challenger Series. Given the quick transition from the current competitive structure to the one set to be implemented in 2028, the PGA Tour's 2027 season will feature unique eligibility guidelines before permanent criteria are introduced.

The American captain will switch up how points are allocated during the qualifying period next year The U.S. Ryder Cup team announced Wednesday that it will implement a new points system for the qualification process ahead of the 2027 Ryder Cup at Adare Manor.
