SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) — Members of the recount board huddled up Wednesday morning to decide how the mayoral recount will play out. That included testing the tabulators and how to scrutinize the ballots. The recount board decided absentee ballots cast in the mayoral runoff will be counted first, before moving on to the in-person votes cast at precincts on June 23rd. Then, election workers ran test ballots through the four tabulators to see that each machine was working properly.
