Healthy Choice Wellness Corporation, which bought Ellwood Thompson’s in 2023, voted on Thursday, Aug. 27 to merge with Host Digital Infrastructure, LLC. Host Digital is a private company that develops, owns and operates data centers focused on supporting AI, according to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings.
