VALPARAISO, Ind. (WLS) -- Before ABC7 Chicago's Larry Mowry became a familiar face forecasting Chicago weather, he was a college student finding his voice, both in the classroom and in the newsroom. Mowry got his meteorology degree at Valparaiso University. He graduated from Valparaiso University in 2000, with a Bachelor of Science degree in meteorology and a minor in mathematics.
