Malnutrition in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis: a systematic review and meta-analysis of prevalence, comparison of prevalence estimates by diagnostic tool, and evidence gaps
Abstract Background: Elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis are at high risk for malnutrition, yet prevalence estimates vary widely, risk-factor evidence is fragmented, and “nutritional risk” is often conflated with malnutrition. We aimed to estimate the prevalence of strictly defined malnutrition in this population, compare estimates across malnutrition definitions, and evaluate the evidence base for risk factors.

When Self‐Disclosure Promotes the Psychological Ownership of Virtual Communities: The Role of Self‐Uncertainty
Disclosure Public Significance Statement: The virtual community plays an important role in the digital economy and individuals' daily lives, especially in situations where communications in person are hindered (e.g., during public health emergencies). This study demonstrated how users' psychological ownership was affected by their self-disclosure and self-uncertainty. The current findings have substantial implications for users and managers of virtual communities.

High embankment slope stability prediction using data augmentation and explainable ensemble learning
1 INTRODUCTION As a crucial component of the railway transportation system, heavy-haul trains are widely used across the globe (Lazorenko et al., 2019; Shang et al., 2024). The stability of heavy-haul railway embankments during service is a critical prerequisite for ensuring the operational safety of heavy-haul railways (Lazorenko et al., 2020). The prediction and assessment of slope stability serve as effective measures for early landslide prevention and loss mitigation.

Guest molecules containing rich‐electron group incorporation into Zn‐based MOF for the enhancement of iodine uptake
Radioactive iodine capture is a major concern for nuclear power generation and environmental protection. Many metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have been designed and synthesized to adsorb iodine from vapor or solution, but most of them exhibited unsatisfactory iodine uptake performance because of the insufficiency of adsorption sites.

Pain‐Discriminating Information Decoded From Spatiotemporal Patterns of Hemodynamic Responses Measured by fMRI in the Human Brain
1 Introduction Pain perception is ultimately an outcome of neural activities in the brain and is likely to be determined by the spatial and temporal patterns of brain activities. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), as a non-invasive neuroimaging technique, has been shown to have relatively high spatial and temporal resolution and thus has been widely used in studying the neural mechanisms of pain in the human brain.

Microscale geometrical modulation of PIEZO1 mediated mechanosensing through cytoskeletal redistribution - Nature Communications
Abstract The microgeometry of the cellular microenvironment profoundly impacts cellular behaviors, yet the link between it and the ubiquitously expressed mechanosensitive ion channel PIEZO1 remains unclear. Herein, we describe a fluorescent micropipette aspiration assay that allows for simultaneous visualization of intracellular calcium dynamics and cytoskeletal architecture in real-time, under varied micropipette geometries.

A Review on Cu2O-Based Composites in Photocatalysis: Synthesis, Modification, and Applications
Abstract : Photocatalysis technology has the advantages of being green, clean, and environmentally friendly, and has been widely used in CO2 reduction, hydrolytic hydrogen production, and the degradation of pollutants in water. Cu2O has the advantages of abundant reserves, a low cost, and environmental friendliness. Based on the narrow bandgap and strong visible light absorption ability of Cu2O, Cu2O-based composite materials show infinite development potential in photocatalysis.
Advances in the Application of Bi-Based Compounds in Photocatalytic Reduction of CO2
Abstract : Bi-based semiconductor materials have special layered structure and appropriate band gap, which endow them with excellent visible light response ability and stable photochemical characteristics. As a new type of environment-friendly photocatalyst, they have received extensive attention in the fields of environmental remediation and energy crisis resolution and have become a research hotspot in recent years.
Research Progress on Propylene Preparation by Propane Dehydrogenation
Abstract : At present, the production of propylene falls short of the demand, and, as the global economy grows, the demand for propylene is anticipated to increase even further. As such, there is an urgent requirement to identify a novel method for producing propylene that is both practical and reliable. The primary approaches for preparing propylene are anaerobic and oxidative dehydrogenation, both of which present issues that are challenging to overcome.
