Intermolecular decoupling of C 60 suppresses interfacial recombination in perovskite solar cells
Abstract Interfacial non-radiative recombination, particularly at the C60 electron-selective contact, remains a major bottleneck limiting the performance of inverted perovskite solar cells. While previous efforts have primarily focused on passivating trap states at the perovskite surface, the underlying mechanism by which fullerene-based electron transport layers induce interfacial recombination has remained unclear.
Crystallinity-guided hybrid conversion for efficient ultrawide-bandgap perovskites in triple-junction solar cells
|
Abstract Hybrid two-step deposition offers a scalable route for fabricating metal halide perovskites in tandem architectures, particularly for achieving excellent conformality on textured substrates. However, using this approach for ultrawide-bandgap perovskites (>1.85 eV) remains a fundamental challenge, due to issues of incomplete conversion and inhomogeneous crystallization.

Additive-assisted perovskite crystallization on industrial TOPCon silicon for tandem solar cells with improved efficiency
|
Abstract Thin silicon wafers used in tunnel oxide passivated contact tandem solar cells have reduced thermal mass and higher thermal conductivity, which accelerate heat transfer during perovskite subcell deposition. This rapid heat transfer induces fast crystallization of the perovskite layer, compromising film quality and tandem performance. Here we introduce 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, which exhibits dual-mode binding with perovskite organic cations, to modulate crystallization dynamics.

Engineered exosome nanovesicles for delivery of antibodies to treat inflammatory bowel disease - Nature Communications
Abstract Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is characterized by chronic inflammation and impaired immune tolerance, for which current therapies provide only partial and transient relief. Here, we introduce PrEXO-a23, a biomimetic nanotherapeutic engineered by fusing regulatory T cell (Treg)-derived exosomes with platelet membrane vesicles and conjugating interleukin-23 (IL-23) antibodies via a matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-cleavable linker.
Full utilization of noble metals by atom abstraction for propane dehydrogenation
Editor’s summary Nanoparticles of copper doped with tin and platinum disperse nearly all of the platinum at the surface as tin-platinum dimers. Sun et al. found that at low loadings, platinum was dispersed mainly in the bulk of copper nanoparticles, but tin segregation and strong tin-platinum interactions drove platinum to the surface. These silica- and zeolite-supported catalysts were highly active for propane dehydrogenation.

Efficient room-temperature integration of green Ag-based quantum dots into nanoporous glass matrices
This Letter demonstrates the successful synthesis of Ag2S and AgInS2 quantum dots (QDs) within solgel derived Ag+/In3+-doped nanoporous aluminosilicate glass by H2S gas treatment at room temperature. The QDs exhibit high crystallinity, uniform distribution, and average sizes of 3.4 nm and 3.1 nm, respectively.
Role and Regulation of Surface Oxygen Vacancy in Vanadium-Based Oxides for Chemical Looping Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Propane
Role and Regulation of Surface Oxygen Vacancy in Vanadium-Based Oxides for Chemical Looping Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Propane Redox catalysts play a critical role in chemical looping oxidative propane dehydrogenation (CL-ODH). However, challenges persist in modulating lattice oxygen in metal oxides and maintaining surface oxygen coverage to prolong the oxidative dehydrogenation stage.
Amplification-free miRNA detection with CRISPR/Cas12a System based on Fragment Complementary Activation Strategy
Amplification-free miRNA detection with CRISPR/Cas12a System based on Fragment Complementary Activation Strategy CRISPR/Cas12a systems have been repurposed as powerful tools for developing next-generation molecular diagnostics due to their trans-cleavage ability. However, it was long considered that the CRISPR/Cas12a system could only recognize DNA targets.
Discovery and Optimization of Ergosterol Peroxide Derivatives as Novel Glutaminase 1 Inhibitors for the Treatment of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer
1. Introduction Glutamine was the most abundant non-essential amino acid in human serum and provided carbon and nitrogen sources for cancer cells in the process of tumor occurrence and development. It was used for cancer cell biosynthesis, providing energy for cancer cells and promoting tumor growth [1,2,3,4,5]. Glutamine was hydrolyzed by glutaminase (GLS) to produce glutamic acid, which was then catalyzed by glutamine dehydrogenase to produce α-ketoglutaric acid.

Alkaline-earth ion stabilized sub-nano-platinum tin clusters for propane dehydrogenation
Alkaline-earth ion stabilized sub-nano-platinum tin clusters for propane dehydrogenation† The strong promotion effects of alkali/alkaline earth metals are frequently reported for heterogeneous catalytic processes such as propane dehydrogenation (PDH), but their functioning principles remain elusive.
Transcriptome-Wide Analysis of Neutrophil-Related Circ_22232 in Neuroinflammation from Ischemic Stroke Mice
1. Introduction Ischemic strokes (IS) frequently lead to serious disability and death on a global scale [1], which is typically associated with an inflammation response [2]. It is widely accepted that the prognosis of IS is strongly related to the status of the inflammation response. However, the existing treatments, such as thrombectomy and thrombolysis, do not always improve the prognosis well.

Effects of Temperature, Solution pH, and Ball-Milling Modification on the Adsorption of Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs onto Biochar
Abstract This study explored the adsorption of representative non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), acetaminophen (AP), ibuprofen (IB), and salicylic acid (SA) by biochars. The sorption kinetics were fitted with six commonly used kinetic models, and the isotherm data was well described by both Langmuir and Freundlich models.
