Emmet County Sheriff investigates violent incident at Blissfest

WCMU | By Rick Brewer Published July 21, 2026 at 7:18 AM EDT Investigators with the Emmet County Sheriff's Office are asking the public for help after a violent incident at the Blissfest Music Festival near Harbor Springs on Sunday, July 12. According to the sheriff's office, Lonn Hartman sustained "severe lacerations to the neck area" while attending the festival. He was transported to a local hospital, where he is being treated for his injuries.
