Do the Iranian People Want Regime Change?
Many outside Iran misjudge Iranian public opinion toward their government. Reality: the percentage of Iranians clamoring for a “more democratic and free” country replacing the regime rarely rose above 20%, dipping into low single digits once the US plotted their regime change. Why do people often misperceive Iranian public opinion?
