God bless Allison Stanger--a person of courage and profound intellectual honesty and integrity, one who eschews ideological partisanship and follows evidence and logic where they lead. She sets an example for all of us in academia. 
You aren't pro-life if you support exposing an entire class of human beings to lethal violence by excluding them from the law's protections.
Kirsten's right about this. I'd add that for Republicans, Democrats, or Lamb himself to say that he is in any sense pro-life is laughable. 
Devout Christians, Muslims, and Jews: Do not fight each other, be it with weapons or words. You are brothers, seeking to honor the one God as best you understand his holy will. Engage your deep theological differences with respect, and work together to uphold shared moral values.
