Lots of people die of sickness or old age. Some people are murdered, with pictures in the paper, court proceedings, and convictions. This is the story of how I died - a quiet little death, some forty-six years ago. How did a well-respected bank teller, a religious man, get away with his second (that I know of) manslaughter? In 1979, I was 12 years old. I was 5' 7" tall and physically developed. As such, men hit on me. Some of them, realizing my age, backed off. Others not so much.

Could yours change for the better? If we do something regularly, we make changes. That is an undeniable fact. Whatever we do consistently becomes our reality. Each step is a step forward toward our goals. If you play guitar every day, you will get better at guitar. If you run every day, you will get fitter. I cut out carbs on the 17th July this year. It’s been one month (ish). And the result is that my relationship with food is beginning to shift. These changes will help you if you want to lose weight.

It’s easier than you think. Press enter or click to view image in full size It’s easier the more you do it. That’s true of many things. Learning an instrument. Driving a car. And it’s also true of losing weight. Once you have got your head around eating no carbs, your weight starts to decrease. I have now lost 4 lbs. I know it doesn’t sound much; after all, it’s been about a month since I started. But my clothes are looser. They fit me better. I would say the biggest winner is my skin.
