A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Ryan has worked for local and national political candidates and consulting firms in Rhode Island and around the country. A veteran of the 2008 Romney presidential campaign, Ryan cut his teeth on marketing, advertising, event planning and recruitment as a college student while overseeing a statewide student organization. By age 21, Ryan had already managed and oversaw a political campaign with a 6 figure budget and was a frequent guest on/contributor to local and national media outlets including USA Today, FOXNews.com, WPRI 12, Busted Halo, Joy in Truth, The NY Times, the Dan Yorke Show, CSPAN, The Boston Globe and The Providence Journal. After college Ryan entered Seminary and completed his Master's Degree in Theology in 2018. Ryan's main academic interest and passion can be seen in the intersection of his career paths: the marketing of political candidates and the bringing of the Gospel to the people of God. A member of his parish's Knights of Columbus organization, Ryan has also served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Providence YMCA and is a Horatio Alger National Scholar. Ryan is a big fan of New England sports teams. Recently Ryan launched Church Bell Communications, a marketing firm firm for Catholic parishes and organizations.
