(WROC) – Neighbors and frequent visitors of Irondequoit Bay are speaking out and voicing concerns following the removal of multiple trees and shrubbery from a section of the Irondequoit Bay Beach. On Tuesday, many beachgoers explained they are used to walking the path along the shoreline to the Irondequoit Bay Outer Pier, which was once lined with trees and greenery on either side.
