Emporia Gazette — Cottonwood Falls Mayor Boyce Baumgardner died Saturday after a 10-year-long battle with bone cancer. He was 75 years old. The Cottonwood Falls City Council offered a joint statement on Baumgardner's continued legacy in the community.
