If there is anything that we’ve learnt during this pandemic, it is the importance of having clear and concise communication. While the pandemic was plagued with a parallel infodemic, poor communication by some health officials paved way for conspiracy theorists to take center stage and control the narrative. A good communication plan can determine the difference between a person following public health recommendations and ignoring the data.
