When the Michigan Wolverines built a championship offense during their dominant stretch from 2021-23, the offensive line was the anchor. Football is won in the trenches, and without strong line play, everything else on the offense usually crumbles. Michigan had a decent offensive line last year, but it needs to be even better to get back to contending in the Big Ten. New talent will need to step up this season, and a new starter might end up being Nathan Efobi.
