Announced as part of the Triple I Initiative showcase, Brain Jar Games finally unveiled a release date for its rhythm based 3D beat-em-up. Coming out into Early Access on May 5, Dead as Disco, hopes to continue its viral rise and take one step closer to seeing the vision realized in less than a month’s time on PC. Along with the release date announcement also came a new trailer for Dead as Disco, which showcases some of the major focus points of the game.

In a series as long-running and fruitful as Pokemon has been, the amount of spin-off titles whether it be eventual franchises or just one-time experiences is staggering. From Stadium to Snap And to the current phenomenons of Pokemon Go and Pokemon TCG Pocket it would be easy for The Pokemon Company, Game Freak, and Nintendo to rest on their laurels. Instead, they all work together to continue innovating on what Pokemon can be.
