Keep screen awake Photographed in an Urban Bar Verdot Small Martini Glass 12.5cl 2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka from freezer 3⁄4 fl oz Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry chilled 1⁄4 fl oz Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.) Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and skewered olive, perhaps also with a chocolate mini football or other decoration. STIR all ingredients with ice. STRAIN into chilled glass. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.

Keep screen awake Serve in a Martini glass 1 1⁄2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka from freezer 1⁄2 fl oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth chilled 1⁄2 fl oz Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur 1⁄2 fl oz Pomegranate juice 1⁄6 fl oz Chilli liqueur 6 drop Rose water Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS. Prepare garnish of half a fresh strawberry. STIR all ingredients with ice. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass. Garnish with strawberry on rim.
