President Trump announced he was nominating former Oklahoma state trooper Lance Schroyer to be the next Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Schroyer served in the U.S. Marines and he rose to the rank of Major during his more than two decade career with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
