The UNO athletic department enters a new era Wednesday, marking the arrival of a new look and brand identity. UNO is trading out its traditional blue and sliver look for purple and gold as the university transitions to the LSU system under the name “LSU-New Orleans.” The rebrand includes new logos and uniforms for all athletic programs with the purple and gold look. Both “LSU” and “New Orleans” text will be included on the new uniforms that are debuting this fall.
