Results We generated paired spatially resolved (SRT) and single-nucleus (snRNA-seq) transcriptomics data from adjacent tissue sections of 10 adult neurotypical brain donors (6 male, 4 female) (Figure 1A; Table S1; STAR Methods). Anatomical alignment revealed inter-donor variability in sample position along the anterior-posterior (A-P) axis, which facilitated examination of molecular composition across anterior, intermediate, and posterior positions (Figure S1; Data S1).
