Gates Foundation Claims to Pull Out of Arabella Dark Money Network
Gates has pulled out of Arabella. Arabella is a network of organizations controlled by Arabella Advisors, which has a billion dollars in annual revenue and a reported 425 employees, and is the nation’s largest political consulting firm.
RFK Jr. Cuts Off Funding for Bill Gates’s Vaccine Organization
U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has announced that the U.S. government has cut off funding to GAVI the Vaccine Alliance, an organization founded and largely funded by the Gates Foundation. Kennedy claimed that GAVI has “ignored the key issue of vaccine safety” and promoted censorship of debate about vaccines, thus undermining public confidence on issues related to public health. He said it has sometimes ignored science to focus on public relations.
The Gates Foundation: Seeing Everything through a Gender Lens
On matters of sex (that is, whether one is male or female) and of gender (whether one sees oneself as male or female), people on the Left demand the power to decide how categories are defined and even how many categories there are. They declare that their goal is gender equality, but that they must first achieve equity – everyone treated the same, but only after everyone is treated differently. Leftists aren’t really confused. Confusion is the point.
The Political Origin of Bill Gates
A look at the Bill Gates autobiography Source Code: My Beginnings Bill Gates is one of the world’s most important political figures – not because he’s a great thinker, writer, orator, or officeholder, but because he’s rich. That’s OK. As long as they do it honestly and openly, rich people should be able to promote the causes they believe in. It’s a basic human right, one that, for Americans, is enshrined in the Bill of Rights.

Presidential speculation follows Manchin to No Labels event
By STEVEN ALLEN ADAMS Ogden Newspapers CHARLESTON – U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin is avoiding all labels for his political future, but a speech Monday at a public policy event in New Hampshire is stoking further speculation for a presidential run. Manchin, D-W.Va., was the keynote speaker Monday evening for No Labels’ Common Sense Town Hall at Saint Anslem College in Manchester, New Hampshire.

It's All You
What you’re seeing now, played out every night on the news, is class warfare, and it’s you, the person who goes to church, gets physical doing your job, defends liberty, owns a gun, and pays in cash, is on the bottom rung, in the eyes of Democrats and liberal media.

is it too much or not enough?
At $46 billion each year, philanthropy spends more on health-related causes than anything else. As the Covid-19 pandemic intensifies, philanthropy has provided critical funding of vaccine development, medical equipment, mutual aid, social welfare, and global health infrastructure. But how the largest foundations interact with governments, international bodies and pharmaceutical companies is the subject of intense debate.
Launch of the COVID-19 Disability Rights Monitor Dashboard - Validity Foundation - Mental Disability Advocacy Centre

Today, the initiative reaches a new milestone with the launch of the COVID-19 DRM Dashboard that allows the public to explore the survey’s preliminary results.
Carrie Wofford's Veterans Education Success pushes reinstatement of Obama education regulation
ANALYSIS/OPINION: A liberal Democratic activist and her organization are running TV ads this week trying to convince President Trump to let Congress undo his own regulation at the Department of Education and reinstate an Obama regulation that would allow students to use the cover of the current pandemic to force colleges and universities to cough up money to which they are not entitled.
‘I Don’t Know Anyone Who Voted for Trump’
Pauline Kael, movie critic for The New Yorker, famously commented: “I live in a rather special world. I only know one person who voted for Nixon. Where they are I don’t know. They’re outside my ken. But sometimes when I’m in a theater I can feel them.” Kael’s isolation was profound. When her observation first appeared in print, Richard Nixon had just carried 49 states.
Where’s the Evidence for Putin Backing Trump?
It’s been almost 21 months since the Obama Administration issued an “Intelligence Community Assessment” containing the explosive claim that the Russian government deliberately helped elect Donald Trump president. It’s a claim for which, so far, no serious evidence has been made public.
Kavanaugh and the Revenge of the Clinton Gang
Hillary cackled this week in response to a comment by Brett Kavanaugh. Accused of being an attempted rapist or perhaps a serial gang-rapist, Kavanaugh called the charges “a calculated and orchestrated political hit,” fueled in part by “revenge on behalf of the Clintons and millions of dollars in money from outside left-wing opposition groups.” Predictably, opponents cited his remarks as evidence of Kavanaugh’s paranoia and lousy temperament.
The One True Puerto Rico Death Toll and Other Fictions
How many people died in Puerto Rico as a result of Hurricane Maria? From news accounts, we know the exact number: 48. I mean 64. At least 450. No, 985. More like 1,052, or maybe 1,085. It could be 4,645 or 5,740, one study said, or somewhere between 793 and 8,498. Or 2,975. Yeah, that’s it! The one, true, absolutely correct answer is 2,975.

Climate Yo-Yos Yammer and Yell About Trump
Perhaps, in the Headline Hall of Fame, alongside “Headless body in topless bar,” we can add a new entry to display for generations to come. This week a Washington Post editorial declared: “Another hurricane is about to batter our coast. Trump is complicit.” The point was that hurricanes are caused or intensified by the man-made climate change that we’ve experienced in recent decades, and that Trump ignores that supposedly obvious fact, bringing about destruction.
Colin Kaepernick, Football’s Richest Martyr
It started with football players protesting the National Anthem, and ended, as protests often do, with money changing hands: The vile Colin Kaepernick becomes a highly compensated spokesman for Nike, and the NFL tries to pay off activist players with tens of millions of dollars for leftist causes. In August 2016, Kaepernick, then the quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, began sitting or kneeling during the National Anthem as it was played before games.
Manafort’s Web Ensnares NeverTrumpers, Democrats—Everyone - American Greatness
Paul Manafort was exactly what Donald Trump’s presidential campaign needed—and what it didn’t. At the end of March 2016, Trump was in trouble. He had won the most delegates, but not a majority, and many of the Trump delegates, chosen under arcane rules, actually supported other candidates. Trump might still be denied the nomination. Even if he won, the party convention likely would be a disaster. No one in the campaign knew how to run a Republican National Convention.
When LBJ Warned Us About Southern Republicans (Not Really)
“We have lost the South for a generation,” President Lyndon B. Johnson told an aide after he signed the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Actually, Johnson didn’t say that. Yet a version of that Johnson quote is taught at almost every college in America. It’s in the minds of Justice Department lawyers as they seek to block voter ID in the South. Every election night, it’s a key part of the analysis published in newspapers and broadcast on TV. Hardly anyone appears to have checked out the quote. How do I know?
Populism: The 'Extremist' Vision of Jefferson, Lincoln, and Reagan
At the heart of the current conflict in American politics is the belief among privileged elites that grassroots members of the pro-Trump movement—the “populists”—are ignorant low-lifes, “deplorables” who should stay in their trailer parks and be barred from the halls of power. That perception justifies in their minds actions ranging from boycotts and blacklisting to window-smashing protests and illegal spying on political adversaries.
Federal Judge Declares ‘Policing for Profit’ Unconstitutional
Anybody who has watched at least one episode of Law & Order knows that in America, anyone accused of a crime is considered “innocent until proven guilty.” That’s the way it should be, at least. When a person is accused of a crime, the burden of proof belongs to the accuser. But what most people don’t realize is that police routinely use a constitutionally dubious form of legal jiu-jitsu called “civil asset forfeiture” to flip this basic principle of fairness on its head.
Russian Ads on Facebook Helped Democrats and the Left
The Russians, we learned learned this week, appear to have meddled already in the upcoming midterm elections with a series of advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. The ads promoted causes linked to the Democratic Party. Wait . . . that can’t be right. We all know, from listening to the experts, that the Russians want Republicans to win in November.
From Saving Species to Empowering Bureaucrats
In 1973, the Endangered Species Act passed the U.S. Senate with at vote of 92-0 and the House by a vote of 394-4. It seemed like a good idea at the time. Now, 45 years on, we know that, regardless of the good intentions of the act’s sponsors, the law can be abused by bureaucrats and their extreme environmentalist allies. The ESA was born out of legitimate concern over occasional disappearances of lineages of living things.

The Establishment Hearts China
Communist China is one of the gravest threats this country has ever faced, in large part because many members of the American establishment see China as a partner, a role model, and the wave of the future. They believe that, instead of fighting the Communists, we should work with them and emulate them. Democracy is a problem, and China has the solution. In the real world, China is a totalitarian police state that tortures and jails dissidents and seeks to intimidate anyone who gets in its way.
Russia Meddled and Almost Nobody Cared, Until . . .
Political leaders and journalists are deeply concerned about Russian meddling in U.S. elections. Took ’em long enough. The Russians have been meddling in U.S. elections for at least 70 years. In 1948, the Progressive Party—a front for the Soviet-controlled Communist Party—ran former Vice President Henry Wallace (pictured above with actor Edward G. Robinson) as its presidential candidate.
The Nonsense of Race
The concept of race—the idea that humans can be divided into a few discrete subgroups such as “white,” “black,” “brown,” and “yellow”—may be the most powerful weapon in politics. Race is used by judges to justify gerrymandering, by colleges to exclude people they don’t like, by hucksters to extort money from businesses, by activists to weaken law enforcement, and by bureaucrats to force banks to make loans to people who can’t afford to pay them back. It stifles debate.
McCabe, McAuliffe, and the Company You Keep
Dime con quién andas, y te diré quién eres, Mexicans say. Tell me who you walk with, and I’ll tell you who you are. That’s why it’s significant that Terry McAuliffe, one of Bill and Hillary Clinton’s top lieutenants, funneled more than $675,000 into the campaign of Dr. Jill McCabe, whose husband Andrew would later become deputy director of the FBI. At the time, McAuliffe was governor of Virginia. No one is closer to the Clintons than McAuliffe.
'Roseanne' and the Game of Identity Politics
Margaret Thatcher said, “First you win the argument, then you win the vote.” I wish that were true. Usually, it’s not. People don’t often decide how to vote by weighing carefully the pros and cons of each issue and the qualifications of each candidate. People’s political identities are rooted in their cultural identities and in their answers to the question: Who will fight for someone like me?
Meowing Media Fuel Mass Delusion of Russian Collusion
One day in the Middle Ages, a French nun began meowing. Other nuns soon joined in. Soon, all the nuns in the convent were meowing together several hours a day. They stopped after neighbors complained, and some soldiers threatened to beat up the nuns. Like the chorus of meowing nuns, the Russia Truther movement began at a particular time and place, at a press conference that Donald Trump conducted on July 27, 2016, in Doral, Florida.
Federal Rulemaking: Some Are More Equal Than Others
Contrary to myth, frogs don’t swim around, unaware of danger, as the water around them gradually heats to a boil. Only humans are that stupid. One degree at a time, with Americans little aware , our constitutional republic has morphed into a regime largely controlled by bureaucrats, who propagate far more rules than Congress passes laws. In 2015 alone, federal agencies made 3,554 new rules versus 224 new laws passed by Congress.
Why MAGA Mattered
In the 2016 campaign, the slogan “Make America Great Again” was simultaneously a cry from the heart and a masterpiece of political marketing. Ronald Reagan used a version, “Let’s make America great again,” in 1980. Then the country faced double-digit inflation and interest rates, gasoline rationing, and a Soviet Empire on the march around the world.
Poof! Making Document Vanish is the Democrats' Way
Often, when I mention Hillary’s emails to people who work in the Defense Department or the Intelligence Community, they say something like, “If I did a fraction of what Hillary did, I’d be in jail.” “What Hillary did” was steal 66,000 documents from the State Department. She diverted emails to a server in her basement, a server to which hostile foreign intelligence services had easy access.

Welcome to the New Class Warfare
The Democratic Party was once considered the home of working people. That changed as mainstream liberals of the 1960s such as Hubert Humphrey, John and Bobby Kennedy, and AFL-CIO leader George Meany were replaced by radicals and their ideological offspring. A key moment in that transition came during Barack Obama’s first presidential campaign.
The French are sold on the UAW; Mississippi auto workers maybe not so much
The United Auto Workers helped turn Detroit, once America's fifth-largest city and its richest per capita, into a bankrupt husk of its former self. Now the union has set its sights on Canton, Miss. The UAW is known for putting the interests of its officials ahead of its members, as highlighted by recent revelations about the alleged collusion between a union vice president and a Fiat Chrysler executive in the theft of millions from worker training funds.
A Climate Hysteric’s Fake Enemies List
In a widely cited 2014 study, the sociologist Robert Brulle purportedly exposed a network of nonprofit groups executing “a deliberate and organized effort to misdirect the public discussion and distort the public’s understanding of climate change.” He provided scant evidence of the public’s ignorance but lots of numbers supposedly exposing its source: center-right groups that form a “climate change counter-movement.” Mr. Brulle’s smoking-gun statistic—call it the Brulle Number—was the...
Surfrider Foundation conceals lobbying expenses
The Surfrider Foundation, headquartered in San Clemente, was founded more than three decades ago to protect the beach-going experience in California. Today, the nonprofit environmental organization claims to be “dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s oceans and beaches through a powerful activist network” that flexes its grassroots muscles on issues related to climate change. But, when it comes to disclosure, something is amiss.
