It’s now unusual for a platform not to include something AI-driven. Each year I conduct research into the employee experience software market, and when I was writing the 2023 report, artificial intelligence was barely mentioned. Also, where there were AI features, they were rarely labeled as such. Throughout 2023, software vendors developed and quickly introduced AI features, so it’s now unusual for a platform not to include something-AI.
