GLOVERSVILLE — Following a Thursday meeting with President Donald Trump in the Oval Office, Assemblymember Robert Smullen has withdrawn from the NY-21 Congressional race, declining to stay in the contest as the Conservative Party nominee. The withdrawal clears the way for a one-on-one contest between the Republican nominee, Sticker Mule CEO Anthony Constantino, and Democrat Blake Gendebien as the pair duel to replace U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik.
