It's giving the impression SM users represent general perceptions when in fact SM users are a narrow set of demographics.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I wrote something about hospitals and how reputations work from the inside-out. It made its way to a few hospital CEO suites.

Find a good set of PR people you can trust. They'll help you out when you most need the help.

Dunkin' Donuts coffee.
