By Brack Johnson When summer sirens entice me to hop in the car and drive to Falls Lake or Wrightsville Beach, I always make room for a cooler full of food. Sometimes the ingredients are simple, such as ham and cheese or peanut butter and jelly plus bagged bread. But when I take a moment to plan, I go creatively alfresco by pulling together sandwiches found in the recipes below.
